Escrow refunds at Xeeru can range from 72 hours to one month, depending on the complexity of the request and the evidence provided by both the buyer and the seller. If a buyer does not receive or is dissatisfied with their purchase, they can submit a refund request to Xeeru. The process is as follows: Initial Wait Period: Buyers should allow sellers a minimum of 72 hours to deliver the item before requesting a refund. Seller's Response: Sellers have 72 hours to respond to the refund request, either agreeing to the refund or disputing it. Refund Issuance: If the seller agrees to the refund, the buyer will be refunded immediately. Dispute Resolution: If the seller disputes the refund, Xeeru’s escrow team will step in to mediate. Both parties will be asked to provide additional evidence to support their claims before a decision is made. Automatic Refund: If the seller does not respond or dispute the refund within 72 hours, the funds will be automatically refunded to the buyer. Once all evidence is reviewed, Xeeru will make a decision based on account history, feedback, prior sales, and private messages. By using our escrow service, you agree that Xeeru retains the right to use its discretion and all available means to arbitrate and make a final decision on refund requests. Refund decisions are final and cannot be reversed.
